This paper aims to study the process of creating the Constitution of Mexico City, promulgated on January 31, 2017, as the closure of the Pact For Mexico, signed in 2012 by the PRI (Institutional Revolutionary Party), PAN (National Action Party), PRD (Party of the Democratic Revolution) and the Presidency of the Republic of Mexico. The Pact can be described as a political document, with 95 agreements to reform the Constitution of the Republic and the Laws. One of these agreements was precisely to create a constitutional political reform for Mexico City, which took place from the reform of 52 constitutional articles, especially article 122. Against the Constitution of the City, seven means of constitutional challenge were presented. which were formulated before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation by various authorities and parties, which is why their study is essential, focusing on the DESCA - economic, social, cultural and environmental rights.
