CAPACITÉ D'AGRÉGATION
ENGAGEMENTS, EAU ET UNE FORME DE SOINS COLLECTIFS DANS LE NORD-EST DU BRÉSIL

Au cours du 21e siècle, les gens ont expérimenté différentes formes d'organisation politique. Dans le nord-est du Brésil, cet esprit expérimental a conduit à la création du Pacte de l'Eau, un processus qui a impliqué plus de huit mille participants réunis dans une série d'auditions publiques [1] au cours desquelles des engagements ont été pris pour sauvegarder l'eau, en respectant les spécificités de la le contexte. . Le Pacte a réuni ces promesses dans un format à plusieurs niveaux qui, selon les organisateurs, fournira les moyens nécessaires pour résoudre les problèmes d'eau de l'État. Le Pacte romprait avec une histoire de défaillances juridiques et infrastructurelles liées à l'accès aux eaux souterraines dans l'État du Ceará. Cet article examine comment ce collectif a été produit, quelles étaient ses unités constitutives et comment la logique d'agrégation a conduit aux pratiques qui ont conduit à sa compilation. Mon objectif est de réexaminer le collectif comme une forme de compétition quantitative qu'il faut reconsidérer qualitativement.
