IMPEGNI, ACQUA E UNA FORMA DI ASSISTENZA COLLETTIVA NEL NORD-EST DEL BRASILE

Nel corso del 21 ° secolo, le persone hanno sperimentato diverse forme di organizzazione politica. Nel nordest del Brasile, questo spirito sperimentale ha portato alla creazione del Water Pact, un processo che ha coinvolto più di ottomila partecipanti riuniti in una serie di audizioni pubbliche [1] in cui sono stati presi impegni per salvaguardare l'acqua, osservando le specificità del territorio contesto. . Il Patto ha messo insieme queste promesse in un formato a più livelli che gli organizzatori ritengono fornirà i mezzi necessari per affrontare i problemi delle acque statali. Il Patto romperebbe con una storia di fallimenti legali e infrastrutturali legati all'accesso alle acque sotterranee nello stato del Ceará. Questo articolo esamina come è stato prodotto questo collettivo, quali erano le sue unità costitutive e come la logica di aggregazione ha portato alle pratiche che hanno portato alla sua compilazione. Il mio obiettivo è riesaminare il collettivo come una forma di competizione quantitativa che deve essere riconsiderata qualitativamente.
