O IDEÁRIO NEOLIBERAL: A FORMAÇÃO DO SUJEITO EMPREENDEDOR

Abstract

The present work aims to explore the emergence of the neo-conservative neoliberal bloc from its formulating intellectuals, especially Ludwig von Mises and, from there, to understand his proposition of formation for the ideal of a new subject: the entrepreneur. In this new dynamic, the bourgeois state assumes the function of empowering the entrepreneurial man and displacing him from any conception that tunes him into the conscious condition of worker, that is, the strengthening of meritocracy. In this endeavor, the article is divided into three parts: a brief introduction about the decay of the Keynesian social democratic historical bloc, the formulation of Mises's thinking for the construction of this new subject and, finally, reflective comments about what has been accumulated.
