The present text is the result of a research process that has sought to approach the formation of free culture organizations in Colombia, through the management of cultural processes and the investigation of the administrative dimensions, of a strategic and guiding nature, of the organizations in the cultural and creative sector. The methodology was based on a case study, with a qualitative approach, developed in four phases: exploratory, descriptive, analytical and results, arriving to determine three forms of organization emerging from the implementation of the principles of free culture: horizontal, in waves and network.
