THE M-COMMERCE AND THE PANDEMIC OF COVID-19:
THE PROBLEM INVOLVING THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND HYPERVULNERABILITY OF CELIAC CONSUMERS IN FOOD DELIVERY APPLICATIONS
Abstract
Through an exploratory research, the present study is concerned, first, in demonstrating that the pandemic of the disease known as COVID-19 with the consequent recommendation of social distancing, was a preponderant factor for the increase of e-commerce in Brazil, including the modality of m-commerce in which purchases are made by devices with access to the mobile Internet. In a second moment will be presented the problem of hypervulnerability of celiac consumers, who, for health reasons, need to avail themselves of a diet totally gluten-free but, when operating food delivery applications do not find on the platforms the essential characteristics of the products made available for purchase, a fact that prevents this portion of consumers from accessing crucial and determining information to support the choice.
