Hans’s mother or the Oedipal version of the mother

Abstract

In this article, we question the mother’s relationship with her child from the equivalence child = phallus. In this sense, it is the clinical consequences of female sexuality for every subject that are posed. For each subject, the relationship of woman / mother with castration is fundamental. From the Hans case, we will investigate the mother’s relationship with her child when the child is in the place of the imaginary phallus and what the consequences are. Hans provides a paradigm of the Oedipal version of the mother from the identification of the child as an imaginary phallus that responds to the mother’s desire and from the encounter with maternal castration, insofar as her mother’s position in sexuation, that is, as woman in relation to her father is not evident. It is essential to collect these effects in this case to highlight the structural challenge facing the child.

Possui graduação em Psicologia pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1991), mestrado em Estudos Literários pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1997), mestrado em Diplôme D'études Approfondies en Psychanalyse - Université Paris 8 - Vincennes-Saint-Denis (1999) e doutorado em Psychopathologie fondamental et psychanalyse - Université Paris Diderot (2005). Professora titular da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. Tem experiência na área de Psicologia, com ênfase em Psicanalise, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: psicanalise, clínica, saude mental, feminino e literatura. Atualmente é Coordenadora do Programa de Pós-graduação em Psicologia da PUC Minas. Pesquisadora Mineira FAPEMIG. Integra o GT da ANPEPP Psicanálise, política e cultura. É líder do Laboratório de Clínica Psicanalítica Invenções Subjetivas na Atualidade/LAPSI, inscrito no Diretório de Pesquisa do CNPq.

Doutorado em Psicanálise pela Universidade de Paris VIII - Vincennes-Saint-Denis (2009). Professora na categoria de adjunto IV da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. Experiência docente no curso de graduação de psicologia e no curso de pós-graduação lato sensu em Clínica Psicanalítica. Coordenadora do curso de pós-graduação lato sensu em Clínica Psicanalítica na atualidade. Exercício clínico no consultório particular. Coordenadora da Clínica-Escola da PUC-Minas 2020-2021 (Unidade Coração Eucarístico).
