Abstract

The sociocultural constructivist approach shows the relevance of the negotiation process lived in interactions child-family in context of reading and writing to constitution of the reader. This paper, part of a wider research, tries to identify in the interactions child-family, possibilities of negotiation and its contribution in the construction the meaning of reading and writing by the children. The analyzed subject was extracted of a situation applied to students of the first year of the elementary level of a public school in DF, and with their relatives. Two girls, both with seven years old, and their mothers, were selected and videotaped for this paper. A microanalysis of the data was made, considering the communicative and metacommunicative aspects of the participants interactions. Conflicts on the goal orientation of dyads were observed. These conflicts promoted positive negotiations or real impasses to joint construction of the written language.

Doutoranda do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia da UFSC, da área de Concentração “Práticas Sociais e Constituição do Sujeito”

Diva Maria Moraes Albuquerque Maciel, Universidade de Brasília

É graduada em Pedagogia (1975) com habilitação em Orientação Educacional (1977) e licenciada em Ciências (Licenciatura Curta - 1973) pela UFPe. Concluiu o mestrado em Psicologia (1985) pela UnB e o doutorado em Educação (1996) pela USP. Realizou estudos pós-doutorais na Clark University - USA, com o prof. Dr. Jaan Valsiner (2003). Orientou 07 dissertações de mestrado e 05 teses de doutorado, além de ter orientado trabalhos de Iniciação Científica nas áreas de Psicologia e Educação. Atualmente é Pesquisadora Associada da Universidade de Brasília, onde integra o grupo de pesquisa do Laboratorio de Microgenese nas Interações Sociais - Labmis. Tem experiência na área de Psicologia, com ênfase em Psicologia Cognitiva e Psicologia do Desenvolvimento, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: psicologia escolar, educação infantil, inclusão escolar, relação professor-aluno e bidirecionalidade das interações, formação de professores, letramento e leitura e escrita.
