Abstract

The article examines the National Policy of Comprehensive Men and Women’s Healthcare of the Brazilian government. Documents analyzed were: “Principles and guidelines of the National Policy of Comprehensive Men’s Healthcare”, “Principles and guidelines of the National Policy of Comprehensive Women’s Healthcare”, and interviews to federal managers of the Technical Field of Men’s Healthcare. Discourse analysis from Michel Foucault allowed to deal with the corpus in their production conditions through an analytical -descriptive gesture handling of scattered statements. The central argument is that the health policy analyzed has a “gender” as a discursive network that produces the subject references its intelligibility. Stand - in analyzes the emergence of the female subject of care, represented by the woman-mother hygienic and woman -subject, and the man as the subject of rights to health under the sign of newness of his birth. The dialogue with Judith Butler and Jacques Derrida is one of the enablers axes theoretical analysis of the issues that build the product , in addition to the title itself also seeks to highlight , namely the biopolitics gears that move the policy in question .

Maria Juracy Toneli, Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina

Possui graduação em Psicologia pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1979), mestrado em Educação pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (1988), doutorado em Psicologia Escolar e do Desenvolvimento Humano pela Universidade de São Paulo (1997). Realizou pós-doutorado pela Psicologia Social na UFMG (2009) e na Universidade do Minho/Portugal (2009-2010). Professora titular do Departamento de Psicologia e do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Foi coordenadora do PPGP/UFSC (2000-2004), membro da Comissão de Planejamento e Gerência PROF/Capes/UFSC (2000-2004), secretária executiva da ANPEPP (2004-2006), membro da Comissão Qualis da área da Psicologia representando a ANPEPP (2004-2006), membro da avaliação de programas da área da Psicologia na Capes (2005-2007), diretora do Centro de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas da UFSC (2004-2008), editora associada da revista Psicologia & Sociedade (2010-2011) da ABRAPSO, da qual é membro. Foi membro do CA de Psicologia e Serviço Social do CNPq, do qual foi coordenadora no período de agosto de 2013 a agosto de 2014. Tem experiência na área da Psicologia, ênfase em Psicologia Social e Institucional, com interesse principalmente nos seguintes temas: gênero e feminismo, masculinidades, saúde sexual e reprodutiva, diversidade e direitos sexuais, violência de gênero, travestilidades.
