Violence in the day-to-day life of hosteled families: their suffering and social resignation

Current text refers to the Research Intervention Project “Phoenix: daring in the rebirth of subjectivity and citizenship” involving pauperized populations living in the outskirts of Maringá PR Brazil. A survey on the history of the lives of family hosteled at the Pope John XXIII Social Nucleus is provided and the life trajectory of their continuous migrations in search of jobs has been followed. Essay deals with theorizing on data of current research foregrounded on their life histories. Research supplements the understanding of several teenagers hailing from these families and who are attended weekly by our group at the Marista Social Center (CESOMAR). Analysis of the history of the individuals’ psychosocial insertion is based on Psychoanalysis within the perspective of Adorno’s psychopolitics.
