This article presents a debate on Marxist aesthetics based on three authors: Lev Semionovich Vygotsky (1896-1934), György Lukács (1885-1971) and Adolfo Sánchez Vázquez (1915-2011), and thus points out scientific reflections for the organization and implementation of school art education. From this perspective, art is an objectification of the sensitivity essential to the human development of all people, with the structure of the work of art being the fundamental unit of analysis and teaching work to promote, above all, the encounter between the individual and the universal feelings of the human race.
