POVOS E COMUNIDADES TRADICIONAIS : RASTREANDO PROJETOS DE MITIGAÇÃO EM ANGRA DOS REIS, PARATY E UBATUBA

Abstract

This catalogue aims to locate compensation and mitigation projects in indigenous, caiçara and quilombola communities located in the municipalities of Angra dos Reis, Paraty and Ubatuba, noting the growth as a result of gas and oil licensing in these regions. To achieve this objective, we used a large number of sources to gather and organize as much information as possible about the communities belonging to the delimited area. We emphasize that neoliberal state and multinational corporations are continually interfering in the ways of life of these traditional peoples and communities, who struggle to preserve their economic and cultural practices.
