About the Journal
The Revista Pensamento Contemporâneo em Administração is a journal aimed at teachers, researchers and students in the Management field. The RPCA aims to contribute to the understanding of Organizations and their practices through the dissemination of research studies in theoretical and empirical nature, essays and book reviews that can support the development of research and the knowledge of Management in Latin America.
