Abstract

Abstract

This text analyzes the regulations and the first actions to implement the 2017 High School Reform in Pará, through documentary research, content analysis and the categories management, full-time, curriculum, financing and public-private relations, concluding that, contrary to social interests, the joint action of the Secretariat and the State Council of Education has failed to regulate a proposal for secondary education capable of expanding the quality socially referenced to the last stage of Basic Education.

Alice Raquel Maia Negrão, Universidade Federal do Pará - UFPA

Mestre em Currículo e Gestão da Escola Básica na Linha de Pesquisa: Gestão e Organização do Trabalho Pedagógico na Educação Básica pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação (PPEB) vinculado ao Núcleo Transdisciplinar da Educação Básica (NEB) da Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA). Especialista em Coordenação e Organização do Trabalho Pedagógico; e em Educação em Ciências e Matemática ambos pela UFPA (2007). Graduada em Pedagogia pela UFPA (2004). Foi Bolsista Projeto PROCAD Amazônia (2018) com intercâmbio acadêmico na Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPA). Apresenta experiência em docência na Educação Infantil e Ensino Fundamental I (séries Inicias) pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação - SEMEC Abaetetuba (2000-2005) e em coordenação pedagógica como Especialista em Educação da Educação Básica, na Terceira Unidade Regional de Educação (3ª URE), vinculada a Secretaria Estadual de Educação (SEDUC), a partir de 2009.

PhD in Education from the State University of Campinas with Post-doctorate in School Administration and Economics of Education from USP and in Sociology of Educational Organizations from UMINHO. Permanent Professor at the Federal University of Pará in the Graduate Programs in Curriculum and Management of the Basic School and Education in the Amazon.
