Abstract

This study analyzes, from a historical-dialectical materialist perspective, the educational processes of industrial pedagogy in Industry 4.0, aiming to understand the configurations of the movement of subjectivity conformation to capital in this context. Based on bibliographic and documentary research, it identifies the continuity and intensification of strategies derived from the flexible toyotist productive restructuring, highlighting the centrality of the affective-emotional dimension, which reveals an education oriented toward adaptability and performance, to the detriment of a broader humanizing formation.
