Abstract

The BNCC and the “new” high school are examined, from the theoretical categories, unitary school, translatability and omnilateral human formation of Antonio Gramsci. Documentary research of some of Gramsci’s Works was used, including Cadernos do Cárcere 12 (vol. 2), 13 (vol. 3) and 22 (vol.4). The results showed that the BNCC and the “new” high school represent a multilating Project for students, conforming them to a destructive logic of capitalism. It concludes by repealing the high school counter-reform and defending the integral human formation.
