Abstract

this article aims to analyze the configuration of public in the health field, from a discussion about transformations that have allowed for passing from a public health discourse to a collective health discourse. the right to health is taken as the focus of the problematization of these transformations. the metamorphoses of public and their articulation with health have been grounded on the objectification of public as a device, along with conceptual operators of biopower, truth, and subjectivity. the configuration of public is here discussed from the right as response to a historical urgency and the type of game established between public health and collective health.

Anita Guazzelli Bernardes, Universidade Católica Dom Bosco

Possui graduação em Psicologia pela Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (1996), mestrado em Psicologia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2002) e doutorado em Psicologia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2006). Atualmente é psicóloga - Consultório Particular e professor do Mestrado em Psicologia da Saúde da Universidade Católica Dom Bosco. Tem experiência na área de Psicologia, com ênfase em Papéis e Estruturas Sociais; Indivíduo, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: ideologia, políticas públicas, formas de subjetivação, psicologia e trabalho.

Neuza Maria de Fátima Guareschi, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul

Possui graduação em Psicologia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (1979), mestrado em Psicologia Social e da Personalidade pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (1991) e doutorado em Educação - University of Wisconsin-Madison (1998). Atualmente é professora adjunta da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, onde ministra aulas na graduação e pós-graduação (mestrado e doutorado) na Faculdade de Psicologia e coordena o grupo de pesquisa Estudos Culturais e Modos de Subjetivação. Desenvolve projetos na linha de pesquisa Políticas Públicas e Processos de Subjetivação; Mídia e Produção de Sujeitos; Práticas Discursivas, Identidades e Psicologia Social. Presidente do Conselho Regional de Psicologia de 2004 a 2007, presidente da ABRAPSO de 2001 a 2003 e vice-presidente da ABRAPSO REGIONAL-RS de 2004 a 2007. Coordena, também, o comitê de avaliação área 13 da Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul - FAPERGS; Presidente da Associação Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação em Psicologia - ANPEPP; Editora atual da Revista PSICO, editora associada da Revista Psicologia e Sociedade e integra o conselho editorial das Revistas Athenea (Espanha); Currículo sem Fronteiras; Psicologia, Reflexão e Crítica. É parecerista ad hoc de agências de fomento e de vários periódicos nacionais.
