Between prescriptions and singularizations: work in ways of creation
Keywords:
work, prescription, subjetivation, creationAbstract
The present text focuses on the need of making visible the multiple industrious activities actualized by workers in a ruled and ordered labor environment, considering the "dramas of self usage" as formulators of possible creations. It questions the unceasing tension between instituted and instituting as the constitutive paradox of labor relations. It discusses what is happening in labor processes relying on some Ergology's concepts and on the work of Michel Foucault. It formulates a view on labor worlds nowadays, what allows us to think of them as daily struggle for ways of living that affirms life as a creator trend.Downloads
